1. About 17 Coaching

17 Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a coaching and consulting service operated from:

By accessing or using any of our services, products, programs, online tools, or website (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Coaching Services

Our Services include (but are not limited to):
• Executive coaching
• Leadership development programs
• Workshops and training sessions
• Online content, assessments, and resources

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychology, or legal/financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access or purchase any Services.

4. Payments & Billing

All Services must be paid for in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise
• Payment is made through approved payment platforms
• If applicable, taxes or fees will be added at checkout

If a payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your access until the outstanding amount is paid.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

For coaching sessions:
• At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and non-refundable

For programs, workshops, and bundled services, any cancellation terms communicated at purchase will apply.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of coaching, all sales are final and non-refundable once purchased, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that results vary based on your effort, participation, and implementation.
You agree to:
• Be honest, punctual, and engaged in sessions
• Take responsibility for your progress
• Notify us of any changes that may impact your participation

We may refuse or discontinue coaching if inappropriate, harmful, or abusive behaviour occurs.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, assessments, and content provided by 17 Coaching remain our intellectual property.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or share materials except for personal internal use.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Information shared during coaching sessions is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or if there is concern for safety or illegal activity.

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Use of Website & Online Services

You agree not to misuse any digital platforms associated with 17 Coaching. We may restrict access for security, misuse, or system maintenance reasons.

Links to third-party content are provided for convenience — we do not control or endorse external sites.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We make no guarantees of specific outcomes or results
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, costs, or damages arising from your participation or reliance on our Services

You accept full responsibility for any decisions you make following coaching or advice provided.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our Services fail to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of our Services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
