Leaders have a profound ability to dream big, create visions for success and positively influence those around us.  Sometimes we lead in ways that take us and others forward, and others time we get stuck. When stuck we risk losing our vision, instead becoming lost in feelings of  overwhelm, lacking confidence and not knowing which path to take next. 
 
Both ways are important to our growth.  Success can bring us feelings of joy, happiness, and a sense of achievement. We feel confident as we grow in competence at whatever skill or skills, we practice each day.  Failure on the other hand can leave us feeling defeated, unworthy, and sometimes sad or lonely.  There may also be some or a lot of anger, frustration, and feelings of being let down by others around us.

Failure can shock, devastate our lives, and have us freeze when we take no action. When we lack resilience with failure, the feelings of overwhelm can impact our ability for future success.

This is where we have a choice. We can either keep doing the same thing and expect different results, or we can decide to change what we are doing.

We can choose to become aware of reality. We can accept our failure, our lack of vision, and direction, and instead, choose to empower ourselves to seek new ways to move forward. 

 
Often the blocks in our way to success and experiencing more of the joy and confidence we love, is down who we are being daily. If we are being someone who is reactive to our environment and or to those around us, we prevent growth. We will likely also become exhausted and lack energy.  Some of us will recognise this as burn out.

How can leadership training and coaching help?

Sometimes we have little idea or awareness as to how we arrived at this version of ourselves, and more importantly, how to find our way back. Add to this our emotional past can bring strong levels fear when our results have dropped, and where the future has become uncertain. 

The more successful leaders amongst us are those who have learned how to be resilient in the event of failure and have gotten better at recognising where they are reactive. They have a better ability to manage their emotions. This means they have overcome their fears from the past and let them go. Leaders on this journey are now better able to continually adapt and respond to the changing environment they find themselves.

Becoming great at adapting does not happen by magic and takes three main things:

  1. Being OK with failing
  2. Being open to learning
  3. Surrounding yourself and asking for help from peers

At Llama School we focus on providing the essentials of what it takes to become a great leader.  We centre our focus on emotional wellbeing; including building emotional self-awareness, reconnecting to our emotions, and removing old patterns or stories that block progression.  Leaders involved with Llama School learn to reconnect to their feelings, and more than this, they learn who they are on a deeper level, what they want, and how to set goals to go after the life they want to live. 

The school itself provides a safe, non-judgment space for leaders to be themselves, share, reflect, design new goals, and ultimately grow into that better version of themselves needed for greater levels of success. 
 
Our programs offer variety and flexibility with pay-as-you-go options or a combination of group learning through our mastermind series, group coaching sessions, and one-to-one coaching sessions for those interested in deeper transformation.  
 
Our premium offering is over 12 months for we believe lasting change takes investment of time and ongoing accountability where leaders can practice their new skills and use their newly found peer group of like-minded people plus their coach to reflect on progress.

Q: Why is it called Llama School?

Q: What can I expect from LEAD YOUR SUCCESS Leadership Mastermind sessions? 

A: There are 12 sessions in the Lead Your Success program covering everything from your leadership style, managing priorities, your values, and how to build emotional fitness. Sessions are online and last 1hr. 

Q: There seems a lot to do. How will coaching work with the mastermind sessions? 

A: Coaching sessions are available in Trailblazer and are designed around each individual clients needs.  Most sessions will last 1 hour (per fortnight) and others may be extended where you as our client needs more time. Sessions wont last longer than 90mins. 

Q: Do I need to pay for a whole package to attend Lead Your Success Leadership Mastermind sessions? 

A: No, you can pay to attend individual sessions on a pay-as-you-go basis through Llama School Community or all 12 sessions as an Influencer or Trailblazer member.

Q: Do you offer Llama School package options for teams? 

A: Yes, contact us on the form above to discuss your individual team needs and we can tell you more about what is on offer.
